  • Flower Availability: As flowers are natural products, the availability of certain varieties is seasonal. We reserve the right to substitute flowers with those of equal value and color if the primary stock is unavailable, subject to customer confirmation.

  • Payment: Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

Customization and Product

  • Custom Arrangements: For custom products (such as Exclusive Acrylic Boxes or Paper Flower Boards), buyers are required to provide clear color details and text. Any spelling or text errors made by the buyer cannot be revised once the production process has commenced.

  • Fresh vs Preserved Flowers: Customers understand the difference between fresh flowers (limited shelf life) and preserved flowers (which can last for months or even years with proper care).preserved/dried flowers).

Shipping

  • Address Accuracy: Flora Florist Indonesia is not responsible for any delivery delays or failures caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

  • Delivery Timing: We strive to deliver on time according to your selected slot; however, extraordinary traffic or weather conditions may affect the arrival time.

Cancelation and Refund
